4Description of Services

ReelForge AI provides an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create short-form video content. Our Services include:

• AI-generated video scripts based on selected topics and niches
• Text-to-speech voice synthesis
• AI-generated images and visual content
• Automated video assembly and editing
• Content scheduling and management tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

5Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and video generation limits. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our website.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. After this period, payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

7User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to the Services (e.g., custom topics, prompts). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Services to you.

7.2 Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription plan, you own the videos and content generated through our Services. You may use this content for personal and commercial purposes, including monetization on social media platforms.

7.3 License to Us

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display generated content for the purposes of providing, improving, and promoting our Services.

8AI-Generated Content

8.1 Nature of AI Content

Content generated by our AI systems is created algorithmically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use.

8.2 No Guarantee of Uniqueness

Due to the nature of AI generation, similar or identical content may be generated for different users. We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique.

8.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, platform terms of service, and does not infringe on third-party rights.

9Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by ReelForge AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

10Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

Earnings Disclaimer: Any income or earnings statements are estimates only. There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using our Services. Your results will depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, and market conditions.

11Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELFORGE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReelForge AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data, including generated content, after termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing the issue.

14.3 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
